Failure-Finding without Fear
“Is a scheduled failure-finding task applicable and effective?” This simple question has been known to reduce RCM facilitators—and even some consultants—to emotional wrecks. Scheduled failure-finding is often used to manage hidden failures, but working out how often to test a protective system can be tricky.
